Returns & Exchanges
For domestic orders, contact customer service within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Upon review and approval of your return request, an RMA number will be assigned to you and a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you. Once your return is received in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached, you will be refunded for the purchase price of your order minus the original shipping cost.
If an item is being returned as defective or because we have made an error in your order, you will not be charged for any ship fees associated with the error correction.
We are not responsible for costs associated with errors due to an inaccurate shipping address provided in the order.
For international orders, the 7-day rule applies, however, as we are unable to create RMA labels for international returns and exchanges, you would need yourself to arrange and pay for returns for a refund of the item value paid (and place a new order if an exchange is desired).
Of course, if an item is being returned as it is defective or because we have made an error in your order, we do not want you to be charged for any ship fees associated with the error correction, so it is important for you to contact us so that we can arrange proper reimbursement.
For an exchange, please follow the above returns procedure and place a new order for item(s) you with instead. The item you prefer may not still be here by the time your RMA parcel arrives back to our warehouse.
We will refund you for your returned item(s) as soon as received.
